Until the 26th of August, we offer only a Gourmet journey - a tasting menu that is created according to the seasons and combines the flavours, techniques and philosophy of Japanese, French and Nordic cooking.

Meet our chef
Vincent’s new chef Uvis Janicenko spent 10 years practising the art of cooking in the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and Japan.
In April 2022 he joined Vincent‘s team and presented his first signature menu. Uvis's philosophy of cooking can be characterized by four principal concepts: modern, urban, seasonal and organic.
Like his legendary predecessor Mārtiņš Rītiņš, Uvis will continue and further refine Vincent’s “slow food” culture and cooperate with local farmers and producers.
