Vincents wine list is created by our manager and head sommelier Raimonds Tomsons together with his ambitious and young sommelier team – Roberts Brencens and Linda Karpenko.
It reflects wines from the classic terroirs of Europe made in a very traditional manner and also alternative wines from new and exciting wine regions made with low-intervention. We believe that these wines perfectly complement and underline the very pure, unique and high quality products used in the cuisine of our Chef, Oskars Sprukts.
Great wine lists are not necessarily the extensive ones but those which carry a special philosophy and idea behind them and the teamwork of the Chef and Sommeliers.
We have gathered our experience and respect for wine through visiting many wine regions and we would love to share it with you!
