Dear Friends, Due to the situation with Covid-19, restaurant Vincents has decided to stop operating until the situation will be stable and secure! While our authorities have not yet asked restaurants to close, we are convinced that this is the best solution to ensure safety of our staff, guests and community! We will keep you updated as the situation evolves and we are looking forward to welcome you back as soon as possible!
Vincents opens doors on Sunday, 8th of March
Beautiful spring celebration is approaching. 8th of March, when all over the world we celebrate our Women’s Day. We have a very special present to our beautiful and lovely women. Restaurant will open its doors on Sunday, 8th of March specially for you, our dear ladies. We will have Vincents à la carte and our Chef's Oskars Sprukts 6 course tasting menu. Region of Bordeaux
This week Raimonds Tomsons went to the historic region of Bordeaux to explore the local fine cuisine, traditions, wine, people and culture! Pictured with one of the most respected and famous winemaking families of Bordeaux: legendary winemaker Hubert de Boüard de Laforest and his charming daughter Stéphanie de Boüard-Rivoal of Château Angelus!

St. Valentine's Day at Vincents
On Saint Valentine’s Day, as always, we will be serving a light tasting menu with an emphasis on the food of aphrodisiac. The perfect way to reignite an old flame or maybe start a new one. Raimonds explores Japan
Raimonds Tomsons traveled through Japan to understand the history, culture and brewing art of Sake, Japan's national treasure! This is Shiro Inoue san, director from Matsumidori brewery in the snowy Aomori prefecture in northern Japan! A small family brewery crafting very fine Sake. Raimonds is back and he would love to share his experience with you!

This time Raimonds Tomsons is exploring the beautiful and diverse region of Côtes du Rhône together with Nina Jensen from Denmark (2nd Best Sommelier of the World 2019) and Marc Almert from Germany (Best Sommelier of the World 2019).
Competition ``Wine + Dessert`` in Vilnius, Lithuania
Team Vincents with our pastry chef Ance Kristone and sommelier Roberts Brencens participated for the first time in the competition "Wine + Dessert" in Vilnius and won the 3rd place! Congratulations!
