During the month of December, hurry up to enjoy something unique, most likely, something that is available only at Vincents – dessert wine from a small appellation in South-West France, Pacherenc di Vic Bilh. Grapes for this southern treasure are picked at November 15th, the St. Albert’s day. This wine is sold only at auctions, filled in barrels! One of the barrels has been purchased by a good partner of our restaurant ”Château Verdens”, which has saved this wine exclusively for us.

This luscious sweet liquid gold still has a refreshing acidity, flavors of overripe apples, tropical fruits and a touch of acacia honey. This is an excellent match with ”Vincents Porcini” – dessert, which paired with this wine, got an award – winning 3rd place in Lithuania’s ”Wine + Dessert” contest. Cheers!
